Clinical research is the study of health and illness in people. It is the way we learn to prevent, diagnose and treat illness. The objective of all clinical research is to change how we think about disease or how we manage our patients. Clinical research represents a great career choice. Hear from our Clinical Research team

"Clinical research allows me the opportunity to combine knowledge of patient safety, patient advocacy, and the science of addiction, which helps to advance science and provides an optimal study experience for participants. No two days are ever the same...Working as a CRC and research nurse for CLEAR allows me to advance promising treatment options for substance disorders..."
-Tamika Braveheart, Research Nurse
“Clinical research is an awesome career because it is so dynamic. Each day we are working towards improving the health and well-being of our patients, but also collaborating across departments and fields to do so. No day is the same…Clinical research thrives on collaboration and creative thinking. I often describe the role as a translator. We are translating the protocol to the doctors, nurses, lab staff, patients, and each other.”
-Rachel Lacy, Clinical Research Coordinator
